Power fuel orders will be processed normally within two hours, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, please understand that the form confirmation that you receive when you submit the order is not an e-mail confirmation. if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within three hours, please call 800-432-4954 or 419-668-3955. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as possible, once we have received notification. Fuel oil orders will be scheduled within the next five business days, once we have received notification.
